What we collect, and why

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about individual pupils, staff or service users, details of a live incident, or specifics of your security arrangements. If you need to discuss something of that kind, telephone us instead.
Forms and how they are processed
Form submissions on this website are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores them so we can read them and forwards them to us by email. Netlify acts as a processor on our behalf.
We do not use the details you give us to add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed: Retention periods for enquiries, quotations and customer records (confirm against the group retention schedule before launch)
In general we keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and customer records for as long as we have a contract with you plus the period required for tax and contractual purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability where it applies. Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to.
